CobiNet GmbH is one of the leading providers in telecommunications and data network technology. The industry is highly competitive. Most companies have standardized components produced abroad and then focus on their sales. In contrast, CobiNet GmbH also develops individual customer solutions that are manufactured in its own factory in Germany. This important unique selling point should be brought into focus at Light & Building in Frankfurt. The goal was for CobiNet GmbH to be perceived as a manufacturer and developer of high-quality individual solutions in the market in the future.
The strategy
Making the benefits tangible for customers
At the Light & Building in Frankfurt, CobiNet GmbH presented three trade fair novelties. With our trade fair concept, we ensured that visitors could experience the benefits of these novelties directly on site. At the exhibition stand, the installers had the opportunity to install and remove the components themselves. Everyone was amazed at how quick and easy it was. In addition to the time savings and ease of work, we were able to present another great benefit of the CobiNet solutions: In contrast to conventional systems, only one person is required for the installation. In times of a shortage of skilled workers, this is a real plus, which has proven to be a resounding selling point at the trade fair.
The result
Rising sales figures & new sales opportunities
The immediately tangible presentation of the benefits was convincing across the board. During and after the fair, there was a significant increase in sales figures in the area of individual solutions. In addition, numerous new sales partners could be acquired and lucrative sales channels were developed.
